Sad times rule at the Well as the latest Monte Carlo incarnation comes to an end. Sad, but happily the tunes as just as fine as ever, as Carl's voice soars above the tight rhythms of his fellow Montes. Songs like "On Fire", bittersweet tales of love gained and losts, that's what we'll be missing. Oh please return.....Each time I see the Bilderberg Group, I am more convinced of their potential greatness. Superb melodies, great 3 part harmonies and crucially tunes to match. 60s influences are heavy, but never smother simple and effective pop songs. Lori and indeed mouse. This leaves us with headliners Galitza, often seen as the least menacing of the Wrath stable. What's this? The rock beast that lurks within this equine obsessed frame is taking over and taking over good. Previous softer material such as "Stalker" have had serious rock steroid injections and by the look of the grins on the band's faces, this can only be a good thing as the triple guitar action feels like it. The ante has been upped...
