acoustic rock folk
The Tonic are a rock/ alt country 5 piece consisting of Brooke on lead vocals, James on lead guitar, Sam on acoustic guitar, Tom on Bass and Nick on drums. The Tonic formed in early 2003 and have spent the last year giging throughout Leeds, Sheffield and York, and
have just recorded a six track EP called ''news of home".
This band are good! The singer is a great talent.

have recently heard this band on cd and they are worth going to see unbelievable vocals great harmonies and a very tight band.
i have only seen the tonic once and that was at the wellington in hunslet along with several other bands, it was a great day and the tonic were fantastic, a real breath of fresh air.
the tonic are imense, the stong feeling of talent hits you as soon as the first song is well into play,they succeded my expectations by far especially as they have not been a band for that long. The bands music is tight and free flowing with each member working together to get a individul sound but it all flows together, i have seen this band about 3/4 times and everytime i see them they seem to get better with new songs and additional bits to songs,and a new meber. i can only see success for this band i just hope someone will notice the potenial of the tonic and get them well on their way to stardom
