We are Book Of Job, a metal band from Crossgates, Wetherby and Harrogate. (Don't let the name fool you, we are NOT a Christian band.) Book Of Job started off as a Red Hot Chili Peppers cover band formed by Mike and Kaya in 2004. After spending the first 2 years of its existence as Erratica, there were a few line-up changes and the name was changed to Book of Job.
We love all kinds of music, mainly metal, prog and rock, and try to draw as many influences as possible into our songs, from day to day life to movies and myths.
For too long has metal been plagued by copy-cats, plagiarists and bands jumping on the bandwagon. It is time to put a stop to this. We aim to be original and follow no trends. We will not stop until we have melted your eyes, crushed your souls and given your ears a good seeing to! Nothing shall stop us. We will desecrate your mind with pure molten RIFFAGE.
Basically, we are going to RIFF YOU UP GOOD!
